Dr. Dyer is an expert in 501(c)(3) organizations and governance. She is a member of the Private Directors Association; she holds certificates in private company governance and ESOPs. Most recently, she was appointed a member of the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council and a Member of the Leadership Team of ExecHQ, a network of C-level advisors. Dr. Dyer is the former President, CEO, and Board Member of National Medical Fellowships, Inc., former Executive Director of the American-Italian Cancer Foundation (AICF) and has held numerous other fundraising industry directorate-level positions.
Dr. Dyer is the author of 3 monographs, over 30 articles, and has a Doctorate from Columbia University; a master’s from SUNY Albany; a bachelor’s from SUNY New Paltz and a Certificate in Courso Medio from Salamanca University, Spain. She has worked in or visited more than 130 countries. She has raised over $75 million for charitable organizations throughout her career. As the lead for corporate contributions and board member for funding organizations, she has identified qualified charities and individuals to receive more than $60 million.

Sarah Wild founded Wild Fundraising to address the diverse needs of organizations fighting for services and access for marginalized people. Since 2014, she and her team have raised over $40 million for nonprofits. She is an Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) member with over a decade of experience managing charity fundraising projects and programs. Sarah has obtained grants from over 100 sources.
As a Certified Fundraising Executive, Sarah's professional specialties include strategic planning, support during leadership transitions, serving as development director, and forging creative strategic development for grassroots organizations. Sarah's eye for innovative solutions and tireless enthusiasm drives her work with nonprofits of all sizes. She is known for her team's resourcefulness, versatility, and determination to see projects to their successful end.
As the owner of Wild Fundraising, she already employs a team of highly skilled and experienced Development Managers focused on executing successful fundraising campaigns for numerous organizations.

John Swincinski brings 22 years of federal project management and resource development experience to the team. As a former senior advisor on military funding alignment, he was directly responsible for overseeing programs totaling $90 million annually and was a principal advisor on the annual distribution of over $50 billion. John is a strategic thinker with the unrelenting attention to detail and organizational skills necessary to ensure that your organization’s campaign stays on track.
John brings previous experience in university development, event planning, and pharmaceutical sales relationship management. He serves as a dedicated Relationship Manager. Honed by years of writing congressional reports, preparing congressional testimony, and directly advising senior military and government officials, his ability to collaborate and communicate will be leveraged to develop the internal and external relationships necessary to succeed. He is the primary conduit for communication between your organization’s Fundraising Committee and PiP.
